Ralph is a 7th generation pastor with over 55 years of ministry experience. Ralph earned his Masters in Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry from Gateway Theological Seminary. After leading his own church for several decades, Ralph became team leader for the CSBC Church Revitalization Team. Ralph now serves as the CSBC Liaison at ChurchWest, where he provides leadership and risk management coaching to ministries across California.
