Here’s what we’ll discuss:
AB 685 – New Employer Obligation for workplace infections and workplace exposures, including obligatory noticing, notice timing, workers compensation notifications, and cleaning requirements.
OSHA – Provides definitions of exposure, high-risk exposure periods, newly mandated COVID-19 prevention programs may be added to injury illness and prevention plans, communications requirements, accommodation noticing requirement, identification, and evaluations of COVID-19 hazards, and mandated provided testing.
