Vehicle Loaner Agreement

From time to time, your ministry may lend your vehicles to individuals for various reasons, such as temporary transportation for a volunteer or guest. When lending your vehicle(s), it’s important to have a clear policy in place for the use of the vehicles and ensure that all borrowers have proper insurance coverage in place. If you don’t do this, both you and the borrower will be taking on unneeded risks.
