Get Your Ministry Compliant

California law now specifies the type of background check that must be completed by ministries considered youth-serving organizations. While online background checks can still supplement good risk management, they no longer meet the requirements in California. Online background check providers may continue to sell their services, but Live Scan is the legal bare minimum.
