OSHA – Provides definitions of exposure, high-risk exposure periods, newly mandated COVID-19 prevention programs may be added to injury illness and prevention plans, communications requirements, accommodation noticing requirement, identification, and evaluations of COVID-19 hazards, and mandated provided testing.
